Please see the below certificates held by Clint A. Franks. Clint started his career as a Union Sheet metal Worker for Local 19 Central Pennsylvania in 1993. Served in the four year apprenticeship program and placed at the regional apprentice contest. immediately began as a foreman when completing the apprenticeship program.

Worked as a sheet metal foreman from 1997 to 2000. He attended night classes for AUTO CAD, Welding and TAB.

In June of 2000 Clint was hired by Eastern Air Balance Corporation. Clint began with small projects and quickly excelled to project manager, safety coordinator and performed estimating.

In January 2005 Clint continued to further his career when working for Tri-State Balancing Company. There he became project manager, safety coordinator and estimator. Clint acquired his NEBB TAB professional certificate and NEBB commissioning certificate for Building HVAC systems, Plumbing and Fire Protection.

From 2002 to 2008 Clint developed and taught the Night Upgrade Balancing School located in Shoemakersville PA for Local 19. Teaching the class did not only help others learn the TAB industry, but Clint was able to continually be updated and refreshed in all aspects of the Testing, Adjusting and Balancing Industry

In 2008 Clint along with his wife Jennifer incorporated Optimum Performance Balancing, LLC.
